I slipped into the world of art through the back door. As a young man it fascinated me to watch billboard painters work. I met an accomplished artist who painted pictorials on billboards and continued to ask for a job until he hired me. Several years later, I started my own business contracting the painting of billboards. After gathering some years of experience, I signed a contract with a Dallas-based company and painted their pictorial work in a studio environment for eight years. When billboards began to be printed, I chose to transfer my skills to painted murals. My studio is in Collin County just North of the Dallas/Ft.Worth metroplex. I welcome inquiries concerning commissioned paintings and painted murals (commercial or residential). I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to work for PepsiCo, GE, Southwest Airlines, Landry’s (Saltgrass Steakhouse & Rainforest Cafe), Simon Properties and many schools and restaurants. |
